The CP3000 SC (EASY) surface mounted weighbridge is an economical model that delivers great performance and durability at a low cost. It is a composite, modular weighbridge consisting of steel and concrete parts. One of the advantages of this weighbridge is that the concrete deck has its own rigid formwork attached to the main body, which contributes to the overall structural integrity of the construction. The main steel frame together with the reinforcing one are delivered in parts easily bolted and assembled together on site.

Basic Features:

 

  • Mixed Steel and Concrete, surface mounted weighbridge.

  • Steel platform frame with pre-mounted high quality steel reinforcement. Concrete to be cast on site.

  • This weighbridge can be installed directly on load cells before concrete pouring.

  • Hot galvanized steel mold bottom part is included in standard supply.

  • Load cells are top accessed by removable covers. 

  • Capacity according to DIN8119 (10t/axle).

  • Optional galvanized version for the steel parts.
